FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?    

A: Price includes set up and take down of your personalized greeting.  Once we have processed payment you won’t need to do anything else except enjoy your front yard for 24 hours.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DATE IS AVAILABLE?    

A: We will confirm your date and order within 24 hours of your submission. 

Q: WHAT IF YOU ARE BOOKED ON THE DAY I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A GREETING?    

A: We will do our best to accommodate all of your requests but we can only run greetings when we have the available inventory. We recommend scheduling your yard greeting at least one week out. Last minute bookings will be based on available inventory.

Q: CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?    

A: Yes. We accept special orders placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to delivery. We need the time to design your graphic, print and ship.

Q. WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?

A. In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the yard card. If this happens, we will refund the full amount paid or schedule your greeting for another date of your choice (based on availability).  Inclement weather may include severe lightning, high winds, hurricanes or tropical storms or any other act of God that may put us or our display in harm’s way.

Q: CAN I POST PHOTOS OF MY SASSY YARD CARD ONLINE?

A.YES!! We love seeing Sassy Yard Cards on social media. Please tag us and/or use our #sassyyardcards

 
 

Treatment & Protection of the Sassy Yard Card Greeting

 
  1. Please treat yard card signs with respect.

  2. Do NOT remove them from the ground or allow anyone to horseplay around them, sit on them or hang on them.

  3. The yard card signs are not meant to support any kind of weight

  4. We are not responsible for injuries caused by improper play around the yard card display.

  5. Please schedule all yard maintenance before or after your yard card. 

  6. Damage to the yard card display can be caused by weed eaters and flying debris.

  7. Please do not allow the yard card signs to be removed, moved or vandalized while in your possession. 

  8. Please keep dogs away from the yard card displays.

  9. Please do NOT attach balloons to the yard card display.  Extreme heat can cause the balloons to explode or leak then stick to and damage the signs.

  10. You will be charged a $20 replacement fee for each lost, stolen or damaged yard card sign.

PAYMENT PROCESS

  1. Payment is required in advance and your yard card greeting will not be confirmed until payment is made.
  2. We will work with you to create the perfect yard card and an invoice will be sent via Square to confirm. 
  3. Your yard card greeting will be set up between 6-10 am on the day of booking and will be picked up after 6 am following day. 

    REFUNDS

If you must cancel your yard card greeting, you must do so 7 days in advance for a full refund.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will receive a 50% refund OR may choose to use the booking for another event or date (subject to availability)
